Sub Agent

We're seeking multiple Sub Agents to join our client Southwest Environment civils team based in Somerset or Exeter, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the largest tier 1 contractors in the UK.

Salary: £47,000-£56,000

Location: Somerset Or Exeter

Permanent - Full Time

Responsibilities:

As a Sub Agent, you'll be an integral part of the Southwest Environment team, supporting our Collaborative Delivery Framework. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, procurement, and design deliverable schedules.
• Allocating labor, plant, materials, and temporary works in coordination with the Agent and Section Foreman to ensure activities are carried out to the required standards, program, and budget.
• Managing the site engineering team and overseeing the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
• Identifying and resolving technical site issues in collaboration with the Agent.
• Ensuring the site team has the necessary documentation, information, and resources to carry out their duties effectively.

Requirements:

This role of Sub Agent is ideal for candidates who possess:

• HNC or degree qualification.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card - Supervisor - Gold, Experienced Supervisor, or Manager.
• RAMS and temporary work experience
