Carbon60 are currently working with a leading EPC contractor within the renewable energy space to find a O&M Planner for their office in Milan.
What are we looking for?
- Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in energy projects
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven track record in O&M operations of energy projects in a similar role
- Fluency in written and spoken English · H&S competencies.
What will you be doing?
- To liaise with O&M Project Manager, the O&M Supervisor and site technicians for day-to-day issues
- To assist with O&M back-office tasks (updating the database, drafting reports and notifications to the clients, etc).
- Processing, reporting and continuous improvement of KPI's relevant to maintenance.
- To keep/ensure CMMS (Fiix) is updated daily and ensure that the system is capacitated to export reports.
- To create or draft the annual preventive plans as per signed O&M contracts signed with clients.
- To schedule the HV/MV works as per contracts.
- To assist the O&M Supervisor (if existing) in scheduling the corrective or preventive works with site engineers, technicians or subcontractors or schedule himself in the absence of O&M Supervisor
- Control of tools and instruments. Calibration controls.
- Document and keep a record of all "lessons learned" throughout the project to be applied to O&M processes or O&M contracts.
- To assist in the production of in-house RAMS for HV/LV scheduled works.
